
its quite a late post but well what the heck.
last weekend i went back for overnight,so saturday morning after the usual wake-up then exercise or so..
i thought.hey,its been quite a while since i've jog so what the heck.u went for 10 laps at first but then all i could make was 5 laps around my neighbourhood,10 was too much judging by my fitness level right now...
damn it was tiring.i sweated like i was in a sauna for hours...only it lasted not that long..
thinking of doing it again the next time.
